Update: Ivdid more research. Although the organization is listed as a company, it does not show up as an incorporated entity in the State records.

Also when trying to locate the warehouse, the address is someone's garage. Photo below.

I think it is due to online inexperience by a merchant who may be new to online sales. I purchased $58.00 worth of Janitorial Supplies online from this company.

I needed an item I could not find elsewhere so I put up with the $10.95 shipping fee. I entered my credit card information and received a confirmation for the transaction, as the invoice didn't give a shipping time, I e-mailed the company to ask for approximate arrival.

Got the shipping date and although so so speed shipping, politely said thanks. Got the shipping time. WAAAAY down on the e-mail next to the signature line there was something I didn't notice "Your shipping will be slightly more $29.15." $18.20 more, more than double the $10.95 I agreed to and more than half the price of my merchandise is not "slight!" I already had an e-mail confirmation so there was no way for that extra charge to go through.

It appears that without my consent the merchant saved my credit card information and charged the extra shipping without me re-entering my card.

I complained to the Merchant who says because I said thanks to the shipping date I consented to the extra charge. "Thanks" is a credit card authorization? The merchant also was rude and unprofessional in his response and told me I should be grateful that it only took 5 days for me to get the item and told me that I should have cancelled the transaction if I didn't like the charge. I was O.K.

with the charge on my invoice, $10.95. The only thing I confirmed. Sticking an extra charge at the end of an e-mail is not right. PLUS, he added a charge to a credit card transaction that had already gone through and for which I had an e-mailed invoice for the old charge.

Nothing came through for the new charge. Nothing.

I didn't know it until the item arrived and I found a different invoice in the box. This company should have stayed local!
